• ✓A 2-year written warranty on workmanship — if paint applied by our crews peels, blisters, or flakes because of how it was applied, we come back and make it right at no cost. The warranty is printed on your proposal, not promised over the phone.
• ✓A signed punch-list walkthrough before final payment — we walk the finished job together, list anything that isn't right, and fix every item before you pay the balance.
• ✓Follow-ups after the job — a check-in call at 3 days and 3 weeks, plus a year-one warranty visit to catch anything that shows up after a full cycle of seasons.

The plain-language fine print: the warranty covers workmanship on surfaces we painted, from the date of completion. It doesn't cover damage from structural movement, water intrusion, or normal wear — and the written warranty on your proposal is the official version of these terms.
